Todd M. Gerkin, MD

Dr. Todd Gerkin is a native of West Virginia.  His undergraduate degree was in biochemistry at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.  Dr. Gerkin graduated from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in 1987.  Dr. Gerkin completed his general surgery residency at the University of Michigan Hospitals in 1993, including a surgical critical care fellowship, and served as Administrative Chief Resident for the Department of Surgery.  He is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.  Dr. Gerkin maintains a broad general surgery practice with a specialty interest in endocrine surgery.
