Scheduling Your Surgery
The Patient Support Department will help you in arranging your surgery. The Surgery Scheduling Coordinator will verify your insurance benefits and clarify your financial responsibility and method of payment. We schedule surgeries only when we have a current copy of your insurance card. Any unmet deductibles and co-payments are required prior to surgery.A payment plan may be allowed through a financial counselor if necessary. CCS surgeons operate at all Greensboro hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.
It is extremely important to check your calendar and confirm your surgery date. Rescheduling your surgery may result in delays. We ask that once you have confirmed your surgery date that you make every effort to work other appointments or responsibilities around this time.
