How To Register
In order to become a patient in our Bariatric Surgery Program, patients are asked to call
336 - 832-8000 and register for our free Surgical Options in Weight Loss Seminar.
The Weight Loss Seminars are held at Wesley Long Community Hospital in Classroom #1. Wesley Long is located at 501 N Elam Ave in Greensboro, NC.
At the seminar, patients will be given a packet of information to read over and fill out. Once the patient has completed and returned the packet, their weight loss journey can begin!
