From the east, come down US 70 that becomes Wendover Avenue. Turn right at Church Street. From the west, exit I-40 onto Wendover Avenue and head east until you reach the left turn off Wendover onto Church Street. Professional Medical Center is visible from Wendover Avenue.

Once on site, enter the parking deck at the end of Northwood St. and drive up to the top level. Enter the building and the CCS office is directly inside on the third floor. If you need assistance you may unload on the ground floor and take the elevators to the 3rd floor.

From Greensboro, take Business 40 to Highway 66 exit, at top of ramp, turn left at stoplight. You will see a BP gas station and Parks Chevrolet on your right. On the left, you will see a Primecare and Ham's Restaurant, next to Ham's is Pineview Drive. Turn left onto Pineview Drive. Take the next left, which is Gateway Drive. Our office is located in the Gateway Plaza Building on your right.

The address is 500 Pineview Drive, Suite 101. We are the last office on the lefthand side, first floor.
