Appointment Procedures

Patients are normally seen by appointment only.  We request that you notify our office promptly if you are unable to keep your appointment.  We also ask that you be prompt for your appointment and allow enough time at each visit to update information.  Our New Patients are asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to their appointment time.
